Android Deployment of Titanium Code

I have an app coded in Titanium AppCelerator. It's lovely, but although my previous developer has deployed for AppStore, he has been unable to deploy on GooglePlay for Android.
Your task will be as follows:
Download the code I send you.
Use the code to build the app for Android.
Send me a test version to deploy.
If I am happy with it, help me to deploy for Android on Google Play.
You must:
-be proficient in using the Android SDK and Titanium AppCelerator
-have provable experience in publishing Android apps.
-be able to fully communicate in English
-be prepared to sign an NDA before gaining access to the code.
My company will retain full ownership of the code, the IP and the idea.
