Appcelerator Titanium Android Mapping Module Development - repost

I need a Android module of Nutiteq Map SDK for Appcelerator Titanium. This module must export all the native methods to Titanium platform. Module development for Appcelerator Titanium needs very careful programming due to memory issues, so please read the module development documentation before bidding for the project. * All the Java codes and result module must be delivered. * Previous Android Module development for Appcelerator is a huge plus. URL for Nutiteq SDK : [login to view URL] The requirement for the module is as follows: 1- Module must show map in view or full screen with zooming, tilting and rotating with 2D and 2.5D 2- Module must show markers with custom images 3- Module must show points, polygons or polylines with custom colors and widths 4- Module must have a callout or popups to interact with map, markers or other objects 5- Module must listen for different events as map_touch, map_doubletouch, map_holdtouch, marker_touch, marker_infoview_touch, bbox_changed, 6- Module must show remote tile layers, WMS, Spatialite Layer, MBTiles layer with UTFGrid Support (Offline Support) 7- Module must have access to device location and show it on map as it changes. 8- Module must have an offline interactivity support via UTFGrids in MBTiles 9- Module must handle multiple layers at the same time with transparecy support. 10- Module must change tile based base maps easily. 11- Module must change map properties via its API 12- Module must work with JavaScript on Titanium Platform. 13- Module must be documented well 14- Module code base must be commented well in order to make future updates easy.
