Hi Mate, My name is Daniel. Im your man! I started out like you. Now I have a three brands and half a dozen apps and games out their in google play. If your initial project is as simple as you say, I can deliver very quickly (as I have created so many game style templates, its not funny) and can adapt to you efficiently and cost effectively. Google in app purchasing api - not a problem, nor is meeting deadlines. Have you had much experience with publishing in google play. If you include in app purchases you must push your apps through googles a/b testing process before moving the app to production, otherwise purchases wont work at all. Are you planning to set milestones for that phase? That could get tricky. Lets work it out later though. I hope your work turns into a great success, so you can, like me, cruize along on autopilot while publications do their thing and work purely for fun and meeting new people.
