Add in-app purchase to android app to remove ads

We have a android application made in eclipse. We want to add in-app purchase subscription that removes ads in the app for particular period of time. Our app has google ads, we have banner and interstitial ads In-app purchase: Set up subscriptions for 1 month, 6 months and 1 year where google ad function and all other ad functions are disables till that time. This in app purchase should be valid for one device only at a time. In app purchase should sync with app updates.
