I need a simple app with just a background image and a button to call a set phone number. It would be nice to have random backgrounds when app is opened. Also would like to have a sound file attached somehow. I do have an app already made with app inventor but cannot publish it. You could also take my app file and try to convert it so I can publish. I have tried manually signing app but I still get an error when trying to upload to market.
