Android Custom Build ROM

Hello,

We are looking for some one to help us with custom ROM's for Android tablet devices. We have several Android tablets in 7" and 10" form factors. We plan to purchase tablets those tablets from overseas vendors. We would then:

* Erase the contents

* Install the latest Android (the one tested with our application) with VPN (L2TP) and few libraries such as voice our application would need.

* Install some kind of remote Control software so that we can dervice the device remotely.

* Install our application

* Make it very secure and the harden the OS kernel

and ship the tablet to our clients. We would like to prepare a standard and consistent procedure so that we can repeat the same process for several tablet devices at a time by an inexperienced IT person. We need you to help us build the custom ROM's as mentioned above.
