I need android developer to develop an app where user should be able to buy /sell items . User should be able to upload picures/ videos to sell the items.

I want the mobile application back end to be in Amazon AWS. I will provide the PSD file for the application as well.
- user search result based on pincode or zipcode, all the results should in come based on the location which is nearer to the zipcode, order by nearer to far.
- Push notification should be send, when a post happens on the user location.
I wish to work long term with the team who is getting awarded for the project.
