Android salesman organizer - open to bidding

I need an app that will work on an Android 4.0 TABLET (or greater) that would do the following: - able to work offline (SQLite) and online (PHP+MySQL) - authentication: - if SQLite DB exists then login using local users table - if SQLite DB does not exist then log to remote MySQL Server (php) and retrieve some tables plus content from there and create the SQLite DB locally, then authenticate - the app will work locally (with SQLite) and on demand (onClick) will sync the contents of the local DB with the remote server MySQL - the app will do the following: - manage clients (with details) - add, edit (the app will record the GPS coordinates of the client for later use) - manage visits to the clients ( make daily schedule - which clients to visit in what order for every day) - visualize a map with GPS coordinates of the clients to visit today - when committing a visit, the agent will enter information like this: - products ordered by client (date, [login to view URL], qty, price) - products (from our product list) sold by the client (date, [login to view URL], qty) - save GPS location of client if it does not exist - will have the option to sync his work if internet connection available and he is willing to use it (he may want to do the sync only on Wifi connection) So there will be: - a login activity that will do the authentication (I have the layout) - a control center activity (TabHost with multiple tabs for each main job: client management, visit management, sync management) - the project will also contain the PHP part that will comunicate with the mysql DB Please let me know how long would it take for you to create it and how much money would you ask for this job
