Write raw samples to the file specified (not wav, just raw)

Raw audio samples that are coming in from microphone will be fed into the library. Library’s

job is to start writing raw samples into [login to view URL] binary file [not wave!] (the path to [login to view URL] will

be provided to the library).

Static library requirements

● C++11 with ARC

● The library can be linked into iOS app and Android app

● Do not use 3rd party libraries unless instructed to do so
