Animation, Illustration, Sounds for Arabic Teaching Software

HI, I am looking for one teaching software to be done with Flash animation help. It is a software to teach childern and elders Arabic, I want to show things alphabets and other parts in animation. no need to do any Actions control, just need animated files, Actions will be controled by other software. I will need design idea to complete product. Its going to be an innovative product with only good flash support. and multimedai rich contents.
