Characateur/Cartoon Project

I have a characateur (see attached). I need it copying out using a tablet, in high quality, so I can print and frame it in landscape. It's very important that all the shading is the same and that the resulting picture is identical. However, it must be copied out manually and not just processed in GrayScale (i,e no paper contours in the background or smudges). Must at least be of sufficient quality for poster size print.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
