This project is multi-faceted. The project is for a website. I first need an animation (dimensions provided later but site will be responsive) for the home page of the site with the attached character walking and talking, welcoming people to the site. I then need 5 additional animations of him describing plumbing services that will play when people click or hover over certain parts of the site.
This project will be ongoing. My client wants to produce one or two of these "episodes" each month, so please quote the ongoing works as well as the initial project.
