We have a word document that utlises macros for the creation of document headers, chapters, headers, footers and would like these altered and new macros created ie: Table of contents, list of figures, annexures, footnotes + bibliography, Executive Summary. All elements to be updated automatically throughout document with ease.

The current word files need to have their names changed and associated macro links changed as well.
Will be a couple of client alts and possibly new requests.

**? Currently running Office 2003
? Macros currently appear in main menu
? Refer to markups on originally supplied word doco
? Document master to be setup as A4
? Rename template files and update associated macros
? Ensure files can be worked on from a network
? The paragraph text, figure caption/table caption all should be 10pt font with a spacing of "before" of 12pt and "after" of 0pt with "Keep with next option" for figures and tables
? Make sure tables are set to maximum width and internal text wraps so that the table does not increase in width
? Chapter Tile and Number to have the same point size
? The bulleted/ numbered text should have a spacing of 3pt "before" and 0pt "after", this keeps it tight with the paragraph before and avoids the need to reformat the last bullet point in every case;
? Inserting Annex from the report/chapter text page needs to be easier.... At present the formatting is not simple and the links do not show properly;
? The Annex headings also need to show up in the Document Map, these are useful when the files are converted to PDF;
? We print quite a few reports double-sided, therefore we need a macro/tool to insert black pages with a text saying "this page is left intentionally blank".
? Include a cross-reference tool/macro for Figures, Tables and Sections (that only refers to the figure number/table number rather than the entire caption) in the Menu (with keyboard shortcut)
? For the Table of Contents, the TOC1 style should be 11pt bold with 12pt before and 0pt after, TOC2 should be 10pt normal 3pt before and 0pt after and TOC3 should be 9pt normal and dark grey, 3pt before and 0pt after;
? Ability to add An A3 horizontal page with appropriate formatted styles
? Include a form/box where alternative addresses could be added or the template can be modified easily rather than entering the same details each time a report is created.
