I'd like help designing a straightforward Web page using CSS. The page, currently somewhat broken, is at [url removed, login to view] The finished page should be: 1. 3 columns of equal length. The center column is the longest one. 2. The center column's width sizes dynamically as the user drag-sizes the window 3. There is a header and a footer, centered under the three columns. 4. The three columns have no white space between them. 5. The format doesn't break if an over-wide element is in the center column 6. The center column has a minimum width beyond which it does not shrink. 7. The "toggle sidebars" buttons work, as do the "colorblind" buttons that swap in new stylesheets.
