Combine pixel sale with rate my photo

I am a interested in building a website which combines pixel sale with rate my photo. Really trying to steal from the [www milliondollarhomepage com][1] idea by letting users place a photo of themselves in a profile and getting paid by more and more users purchasing pixels positioned somewhere on the photo. It would help if you already have the code for a "rate my photo" website. They are very common so it would not be that hard to locate the software for that part of the site. The other problem would be to have a way to pay users who post photos a certain percentage of payments received from users who buy pixels. The only difference with the way that [www milliondollarhomepage com][2] is set up is that I would like the purchased pixels to appear/disappear maybe as a function of mouse movement. The whole thing will be complicated when completed so I am just asking coders to select a part of the development. I would be grateful if you could specify how much of the initial development you think you can do. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
