Do some Blog Posting - Engineering/Manufacturing company

Hi I am looking for someone long term for starters. Initially I require 10 articles - $10each. From that point onwards I will require 2 articles a week @ $10each. The person writing the articles needs to have an engineering background, preferrably in manufacturing/fabrication/welding of steel components. I will try to provide you with research articles and case study information as much as I can, however on occasions I am busy, I expect you to take the initive and build on what we have. This job is for someone who wants an ongoing work opportunity. I will be choosing carefully, the main criteria will be : 1. Experience in the industry/preferably of engineering background. 2. Has a unique writing style that is technical but still has a marketing edge to it, the writing should be understood by our target audience, which is Purchase officers of large companies. 3. Is on time, jobs are done on a timely manner. 4. Thinks outside the square, I don't have time to think for you, and spoon feed information to you constantly. 5. Has initiative, and chases me up, to ensure that the 2 articles are written each week. 6. Works with our PPC campaign, and puts in all the SEO words, and understands enough online marketing, that we kill two birds with one stone. 7. Pays attention to detail, doesn't rush the job, and we don't need to constantly re-write articles, and waste time, do it properly(research, etc) 8. I do not tolerate plagiarism, so please give credit where credit is due, and don't waste my time if thats all you plan to do.
