Mouths of Mums Pty Ltd is an Australia based digital publisher who specialises in connecting brands and their products with our community of over 300,000 Australian mothers. We currently have 750,000 to 1,000,000 pageviews per month and are looking for writers to work with us to increase these numbers significantly. The community comes together to share product reviews, advice, hints, tips and recipes - all of which brands are excited by. This component of our content is key to our ongoing strategy. That said, daily content is critical to ensure continued member engagement and TRAFFIC TO OUR SITE. We are looking for writers to help in a few key areas: 1. DAILY NEWS - Celebrity (international and local) and Current Affairs (international and local). Stories within this category would need to be sourced online or via your own sources. 2. INFORMATIVE CONTENT - A vast array of content ranging from Health & Beauty to Pregnancy & Babies to Home & Garden, Food & Cooking or Travel & Entertainment. Content within this category may be sourced by you or repurposed from existing content. 3. HINTS, TIPS & ADVICE - Again a vast array of content in all of the above areas that would prove helpful, informative and ultimately worthy of reading on our site. 4. RECIPES - If you are able to provide original recipes & recipe photos, we'd love to hear from you. Cooking for their families is a passion point of a huge proportion of our community and recipes are great to drive traffic from our social platforms to the website. The most successful applicants are those who can demonstrate an understanding of our category and those who can demonstrate a strong understanding and recent examples of work that resonates with our demographic and therefore drives traffic to websites. A solid understanding of writing for SEO is also critical. Being a truly digital business means you are able to work from anywhere - our systems are set up for you to be able to load content directly into our system to await moderation and publication. We would look to work with you on a trial basis in the short term with a view to an ongoing relationship. We envisage developing a team of writers who each have an area of specialty.
