We are a private lender in Philadelphia, PA, www.dalinfinancial.com. We lend money to real estate investors looking to buy and renovate or for the construction of residential, mixed use and to some degree commercial properties within the greater Phila and surrounding NJ area.
We are looking for someone to work closely with us to write content for our website blog (and potentially social media outlets) to help with our marketing efforts, so knowledge of SEO is a must. We would like to improve our online search presence as well as provide a consistent flow of information that our customers would find interesting and compel them to check in with us frequently.
