Adjust Music Tempo

I am a ballroom dancer, and at the competitions the music uses a "strict tempo" which means that the songs must be an exact speed. Your job will be to first measure the speed of the song in BPM (beats per minute) or MPM (measures per minute), and then create a new track with the correct tempo. Looking at [login to view URL] you will see that "International Foxtrot" is set for 30 MPM for one organization and 28 MPM for another. I need you to take the 2 tracks in the zip and create 2 tracks each, 1 at 28 and 1 at 30. So you will deliver a total of 4 tracks. I know one program you can use for free is Audactity, but there are others too. Hopefully, you already know what is best. 2 other considerations: 1. Try to maintain the highest quality possible for the tracks. 2. We do not want to change the pitch, only the speed. In other words, the tracks will not "sound" faster or slower.
