Converting/Amending details of drawings

Have a couple of drawings in Microstation format.
1) Would like this to be converted to PDF, for which we able to comment on.
2) Necessary changes would be forwarded and this to be incorporated into the Microstation format.
3) Prior to approval, we would need to see the drawings in PDF format to ensure that all is order.
4) To be converted to Microstation again for our onward submission.
