Looking for an architect/engineer who is capable of 3D modelling/civil and structural engineering/Design work. Im not sure if i've explained myself clearly but what i need is someone who works in Jakarta and is capable of coming in to the office bi-weekly. We are looking to build a restaurant/bar/penthouse out of containers. We aim to use 20FT High Cube containers. My colleague attempted to design the structure on SketchUp, which i have attached. As you can see he has used 20FT standard containers, therefore someone will need to change the design. I've also attached the topography of our site, which can be found in the sketchup drawing. Our vision: 1st floor: Lounge/Restaurant 2nd floor: Bar/1st floor of the penthouse. 3rd floor: Top floor of the penthouse. Things to take into consideration: The kitchen for the bar/restaurant will be a single 20-40ft container. You will need to design the kitchen too. I will also attach previous architectural work which show the following: car port/swimming pool/generator room/pump room. AGAIN, THE FREELANCER MUST BE BASED IN JAKARTA. Scope of work: -3D Drawings -Civil/Structural Designs -MEP/HVAC Designs
