Our small business has been hacked and we require an antivirus of some sort to get rid of it. The hackers are holdings our files ransom and will release if we pay them 200 bitcoins. We cant even afford 5! The error code that comes up is error 12170 oracle. I can provide further information if required but need it done ASAP!

Sir, The true is that the best that i can do is remove the malware and recover the files, no there are a a method to "get" the private key (sometimes in RSA 2048) regards
