Bulk Emailing Project

Looking to hear from very experienced bulk email professionals on this project. Must have experience sending at least 50k+ per day. I am looking for someone to set up a top notch emailing platform on a dedicated or hosted server. If you already have a system like that set up, and can duplicate it onto another server, then I am interested. Whatever software you are running, I can get, no problem. Please provide the setup that you would suggest, including server needs/requirements, software required to run, etc. The system needs to be able to send 50k+ per day, and have the ability to adapt/scale. Please be as detailed as possible as to what you would suggest, and the timeframe for how long it would take you to set it up on my server.
