App Android xml

I need a simple system for Android with the following requirements: 1 -) The source code should be delivered. 2 -) The app will contain three screens 3 -) Screen 1 - log (reading and validation of an xml web) 4 -) Screen 2 list of issues (read xml web) 5 -) Screen 3 reading the contents of a text. Notes: Reading the xml will get direct via the link, all xml are visible on the page, links will be delivered to the xml developer after choice. Thank you for your attention.
