We have over 16 million of member emails that need de-duping, scrubbing, and cleansing, ( so no hard-bounces, no invalid emails, no duplicates).

I require the BEST OF THE BEST HERE!, 16 million of our members data is of significant value and assets to us.

As we are new to freelancer and have previously had bad experiences of freelancers work, i will first require 1 million to be FULLY cleansed, before we commit to the cleansing of 16 million , this is to ensure a) you are cleansing the data properly b) that we can trust you with our most valuable data

If you accept the above then you must state in your proposal '' we accept we will first clean 1 million records without requirement for payment or Milestone)

This is how we prefer to work with new freelancers, we are looking for long term relations so if you cleans our list 100% effectively we will work with you to cleanse all 16 million emails and further daily emails of 20-50 k
