Desktop software to automate my postings on the website [url removed, login to view]

I have attached a flowchart with how the software should work

I have an excel sheet which has data on it, software should randomly select some of this data and create real estate listings.

We have plenty more jobs which need doing, i want an alpha version within 20 days of programmer selection, payment will be via escrow.

I am aiming for this sofware to post 20 listings/minute, multiple computers running the software at once is possible
