messenger chat

A chat messenger needed, having all yahoo messengers capabilities and more, BUT NOT LIKE EYEBALL CHAT have tried the site and i do not like at all.

- capable of loging in as fast and as easy as Yahoo , MSN, AOL & ICQ from the same messenger.

- ability to download friends’ list of other messengers.

- should be able to create its own default chat rooms & allowing the users to create their rooms.

-private chat

- what software i will need on my computer to run the chat if any

- should have audio and video support

- emotes

- security IS A MUST as these sites are always attracting hackers

- will also need logos, banners ect...

- capable of sending off line messages.

- a really BEAUTIFUL interface / control panel , easy to use.

- capable for other business adverts

- copyright

Also emotes ect.. , the site must be almost a replica of yahoo/msn sites

As i am just starting out will need support , for one year extra fees to be arranged for support if your the winning bidder

Please don’t bid by saying “I can do it!!” , you should tell us, why you will do it, how you will do it, which

software you will use, but you can use any software you like

This messenger will be distributed free , if you have a unique idea, to make it sellable you

are our guy.

as the project i am doing does not stop at just a messenger site the site must be fully upgradeble as will be expanding in to a full search engine auction based /ecommerce site ect... will be added to the site at later date
