Existing Lotus123 workbook has (4) imbedded lookup tables and macros. When opening up “Vouch Master” file in Lotus, lotus prompts for “Invoice Number”, “Account Number”, “County” and then using the macro/lookup tables, inserts information into invoice sheet.

User then moves cursor to Row 22/Column A, presses CNTL-D and inserts date of service. Then moves to Row 22/Column B and presses CNTL-B and inserts Billing Service Code that in turn looks up billing costs/information from the Billing tab, inserting cost/tax information from the lookup tables into the spreasheet/invoice sheet.

All of the same functionality/macros need to be present in the final Excel spreadsheet.

A few alterations to present functionality need to be added/changed in final Excel spreadsheet.

1. Initial input window must be limited to numeric input and if "Customer Number" is not found on lookup table, returns "Customer Not Found" error.

2. Additional input prompt when opening for "State" and when it equals Texas, tax=6.25%, Oklahoma=4.5%.

3. Inside invoice description, word wrap before over-running boundaries for cell to next lower cell.

4. Existing Macros from Lotus123 use CNTL combos to run. Macro Combo keys need to be moved to SHIFT-CNTL combos to work correctly in Excel.
