Arcade / gaming website

READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE MAKING A BID ..... WHEN YOU MAKE THE BID LEAVE ME A MESSAGE SAYING IF YOU HAVE WORKED WITH ARCADE WEBSITES BEFORE AND I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT. Dont bid just to bid i want someone reliable and someone that knows what he is doing Description I have a website now its [login to view URL] my other designer quit in the middle of the project I want to finish the website .... or build a new one depends which one is easier for the designer I like the concept of the one i have now so it would be great if someone can continue it If not you can start from scratch i really don't want a free script put in the website and thats it This one that i have now it has created around an arcade script but modified ( thats ok as long as you don't just put a free script and leave it like that ) The script is from AV Arcade .... but i want to add extra stuff in it The website should have A newsleter News page Top Players New Players Top games A page where people can add games / picture / description ( that will need to go to the admin for aproval ) Affiliates page Challange players at a game of your choice Highscores The admin panel Aprove the games submitted by the people Administrate users ( edit their coments profile description etc ) Adds manager center ( i need to manage the ads on the website ) Manage the affiliate page Add Games Remove games Add/Remove news Manage categories Manage the avatar / create achievments / add a rank ( see below for details ) User Profile Avatar Most played games ( by category ex: action adventure etc ) Ranking system ( will be provided with names of the ranks and how will the person rank) Achievments system ( achievments wil be provided ex ( played 10 action games you get an achievment etc ) Profile coments THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE ACHIEVMENTS AND RANKING ....... the other ones are already done. I will like to do a little bit of estetic changes but not to much I don't need the project to be done fast i want it to be done right! The designer needs to have yahoo messenger or msn to keep in touch and give me updates I don't want to take down the website i have now so when the other one will be completed and created it will be uploaded so there is no downtime for the website because i don't want to be penalized in google Please when you bid leave a message with what can you do from the list i just put out Thank you
