Phase 1 of the project will require a well documented program in C for PIC24F (PIC24FJ256GB106) development board to log 8 analog channels to onboard USB drive. Onboard 128x64 LCD will be used to display 8 channel information. Will forward all hardware for sensors on development boards PCB and PIC develeopment board to successfull bidder. LCD interface is very simple and I will supply details of output screen formats, basically the current /max/min values of the sensors. A simple breadboard or curcuit diagrams will be required to connect at 9V battery to make a functiong system.
In summary, the system specified below currently exists
1 PIC24F Development board
2 Sensor - Strain gauge whetstone bridge (differential sensor) will need to be single ended using opamp
3 Signal conditioning amplifier development board for the above (set zero point and gain)
4 Sensor - Analog Gyro
5 Sensor - Six axis analog accelerometer/gyro
Phase 2 will require the attachment of a GPS system using UART or bluetooth but this will be bid separately, however some experience in this area would be an advantage.
