Add a small enhancement into existing MS Credential Provider project

Add a small enhancement into existing MS Credential Provider project (ICredentialProvider) : The ability to unlock user session by using Admin password. I need just a piece of code and assistance to implement this concept. Probable the code for GetSerialization function.

This should be done by using MS Credential Provider sample from SDK.

Payment only after I test the code in the MS Credential Provider sample from SDK and it will unlock user session by using Admin password.

Here is what I have: a bit modified sample of MS Credential Provider that is able to unlock any user session by Admin pwd.

1. in [url removed, login to view] :: GetSerialization()

2. It verifies that user is in Admin group

3. it verifies it password by itself

4. if password is OK it closes current user session (log off) and pass credentials up so Admin session is created.

Step 4 should be modified so that Active logged user session should be unlocked without logoff. So we enter user desktop.

This should work for local login and terminal session use case (at least I will test it under both use cases).
