DirectX11.1 using DirectWrite demo code needed

We require a short test code to verify the new DirectX11.1 compatiblity between Direct3D and GDI and Direct2D/DirectWrite.
Microsoft has already created a sample code to demonstate this:

However, this code uses managed C++, the Windows Store App APIs, and is more complex than necessary (we do not need
a spinning cube, as per this demo). We need a single source file that uses only Win32 and DirectX without ATL/comptr or
any managed code. The total source should be on the order of 100 lines of mostly cut and paste sample code. We expect
that it will take 2-3 hours for an experienced Visual Studio 2012 DirectX programmer as we are basically paying for you to
strip down this example. Specifically, it should do this:
1) Create a Direct3D surface in window or fullscreen mode
2) Load a .bmp texture that fills the window
3) Write a sample text string using any font onto that texture
As a follow-on, if the above code can use the stereoscopic API to place the image at specified Z depth, as demonstrated in
the much more complex MS sample:

we will pay an additional $100. You would need a 3D monitor to perform this optional extra step.
The code does not need to be robust with regards to error checking or input, but it should be compact without superflous
sample code.
Sincerely,
John

Hello John, I am experienced developing DirectX application (most in unmanaged code) and this project will be kinda easy for me to do it. Best regards, Ionut
