Computer Organization Project

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the lauguage is c++ under linux. I used c++ to make many great projects, for example, I made the tools which can convert java files to c++ scripts which has the same effect, of course garbage collection included. I worked for Tandem Computers in the 80's and 90's when we transitioned from proprietary processors to MIPs processors. I was a senior developer on the S4000 project and did almost 75% of the assembly code we wrote to initialize and synchronize the processors into lock-step operation. I am fully capable in the Mips II instruction set. Late in the project we experienced a problem getting the processors lock-stepped. This was after SGI acquired MIPs and most of the R4000 developers had left the company. They provide me with the hardware code (RTL) for the processor. I and another developer narrowed the problem down and then spent a week in California with the support team where we narrowed down the problem (Hard reset not resetting the phase-locked loop that doubled the clock).
