Hello, my name is Sefer and I'm an electrical engineer, currently writing my masters degree in embedded systems (BLE mesh networks with Nordics nRF52 SoCs). I've done quite a few similar projects with these devices, I'm very familiar with Nordics BLE stack as well as the BLE protocol in general. As a matter of fact, just recently I've worked on a similar project with nRF52 SoC. We were working on a heart-rate detector/pedometer wristband for an article. Basically gathering data from accelerometer, passing it to an algorithm to detect steps, and live streaming the "steps" over BLE, or logging the data in flash memory. Very similar to your project. I don't have that particular accelerometer at hand, would you be willing to send me the hardware? Either the accelerometer module or the assembled PCB? It shouldn't take me more than 4-5 days to finish the firmware once I have the necessary hardware. If you're interested please feel free to contact me, I'd love to help with your project.

Hi, We have nRF51 boards and we can arrange H3LIS331DL for testing. Any other active components used (PCB bottom side), or can you share block diagram/Schematic/active components lists? About us: Micro-controllers we have worked on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR. Development kits and instruments available for testing purpose. For PCB designs we use KICAD.
