creating cpu scheduing using SJF and RR

program has input file provided, so it read an input files and sorts them through SJF first and RR thn. RR requires to have time quantum as well as limit. so if i want to get an output of only 20 entries, it should stop at 20. also program reads an input file through command line and generates an output file through command line as well. ex. ./cpusched.c [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] RR 4 10
