Force to bind IP from c# Application

Hello,

I need a tool like [login to view URL] with the following features:

- I have a target application (exe). All outgoing traffic from this application should be bound to a specific network interface (there are 5 vpn connections)

- I want to specify the target network interface with id (guid)

- it should run on Win 8 64 bit

- output format is a win32 [login to view URL] or com dll or c# assembly so that I can use it from my own c# application to

* Start another application, inject the binding dll and specify the target network interface with an signature like:

StartAndBind(string TargetApplication, guid NetworkInterface)

* (if possible) Bind and existing application to a network interface):

BindApplicationTo(int ProcessID, guid NetworkInterface)

Deliverables:

- dll to be injected + source code

- dll (Win32 or com or c#) to bind other applications to network interface + source code

the solution must be working in a following scenario:

- Win 8 64 bit PC that has 1 internet connection (Lan or WLan) and 2 additional VPN connections (internet is available on those connections)

- Start Firefox with developed dll and route all outgoing connections through VPN1

- Start a second Firefox with developed dll and route all outgoing connections through VPN2
