Already made similar project. Hotkey pressed for sending data over TCP / IP via. Here I used a lot of hotkely it was a remote control. Problems were already registered in many hotkeys. But the conflicts hotkelys warned of the program. I use visual studio 2010. The hotkeys needs a dll import in C# this is only possible way to register and unregister hotkeys.
