I need to build an application by VS using C# language to annotate images: First extract visual features (color and edge ) by the MPEG-7 tool, and extract text features by text garden tool and save the result in the file. Then, clustering the extracted features file by specific clustering algorithm and save the result in files. after that, used clustering files as input to association rules mining algorithms to build DB of rules that will use later to annotate images.
