Fix Bugs in my Software to Remove Lines Containing URLs from Large Text File - With Email Downloading and Commandline Automation

Hi, I need some software programmed that does the following. I would prefer VB.Net or C#, a GUI controlling each feature, and the ability to automate each feature via a command line shotcut and settings file. Additionally, the ability to manually use each feature. I currently have the software and code in an almost complete form and you may fix the bugs in it if you would prefer.
-Download emails as text files from pop3 or imap email accounts(that I can change in the settings, also allow saving to the settings file)
-Extract all root domains and subdomains and put in a text file list(have an option to switch on or off and to set the levels e.g. 1 level deep, 2 levels deep to extract [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], etc.) from the folder that has all the downloaded emails and from any other text or CSV files in that folder. The software should be able to extract domains from almost any text, for example randomtext@#%Q$##%http://www. subdomain.domain.com#^%&^&^*randomtext should extract [login to view URL]
(The domain extraction should work through regex statements that can handle cases of http*://(where * is a letter), ww*.(where * is a number), www*.(where * is a number), a combination of letters, dashes, underscores, and numbers for the domain name, and an extension that matches any current TLD or ccTLD, please include a settings file for the TLDs and ccTLDs to be listed in
-Load a text file or csv file and remove all lines which contain the domains/subdomains from the file generated in the previous step. Include an option to run in "URL Mode", which adds a "/", ".", ",", or a space in front of the domain/subdomain before the check is run. This will avoid removing instances of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] when the suppression list only contains home.com. Save the resulting file as text or CSV
Currently I have the software almost fully programmed and you may use this if you prefer to modify it and fix the existing bugs. I have attached the software to this project. I am open to any other approaches to get this software programmed as well. Thank you for bidding.
