Sample .Net MVC application

My Current Project architecture is as below
1> Any request sent from View is sent to controller which sends the request to IIS(For example a simple User Registration) and that in turn gets stored to database
2> Now the new requirement is
A call is made to controller when user registers, and that request is sent to IIS which will be processing it. WHen the request is sent to IIS or when the IIS is processing the request , a new asynchronous call should be made which will create a message queue and stores all the request(registration request as a sample) one by one in JSON format and these request made should start getting stored one by one to ELASTIC(ELASTICK).
3> Whatever that is stored in Elastic should be moved to KIBANA for data visualisation(like how many users have registered in last 7 days, one month etc)
Need a small sample application for this which can be done in a maximum of 5 hours.
ELASTICK and KIBANA needs to be installed in the system of the person who wants to develop this with usual .Net 2015, MVC
