You haven't described the project so I'll just tell you about my previous work and how it can help you. I have worked as a software engineer and game designer for some of the biggest companies in Pakistan for the last 5 years and I've been working in Unity since 2010. You mentioned your project is a first person adventure game. While this genre is not trivial let me assure you that it is not going to be complicated for me. I have worked on much bigger projects , e.g. the last game I worked on was a massive multiplayer online trading card and city building game. You can expect that I will spend a lot of time with you personally to figure out what your needs are and that I will give you an honest estimate of how long the project will take to finish.
