For attachment :
- 1st floor plan pdf of what we think about
- elevation of main house , garden house will be situated on the other side of garden (you can already see a little garden house on the plan.
- 3 pictures of neighbour's house (we are obliged to use same bricks and roof)
Maximum size alowed 35 sq meters , recomended 4m width maximum to keep a large garden between main house and garden house.
height : ground 2,5 m roof 2,5 m.
Ideally we would like to have a mezzanine in the roof for a dbl bed..
House is used for guests : 2 adults + 2 kids (in sofabed downstairs) or for a nany.
Please use layers and draw neatly.
We need it for sunday evening.
Polish language is an adventage.
