I participated in several large projects such as: Assembly line canalis KTA – Schneider I designed a station for assembling conductors in the assembly line Wheel assembly station – TRW I designed a station for assembling wheels. Station is equipped with sensors for identification and verification of all components. The entire process is automated. The entire product is for WV. Headlight assembly station – Valeo I designed a station for assembling headlight. The operator put the headlight items then, next, we have the assembly operation. After assembly the operator check the final product. Headlights push station – Valeo Used for pressing back headlight (stop) when applied gasket. Conveyors chains – ACI Mold manipulator – OWENS CORNING I designed a mold manipulator. I had 10 different movements to rotate the client product (150 Kg) in 17 seconds. I do the calculus of the cycle times for the customer's production. I do the calculus of resistance for the critical parts. Porsche tank assembly station – Inergy Germany I designed a station for assembling tanks. Station is equipped with sensors for identification and verification of all components. The assembly process is manual and the identification is made automatically. Different assistants for the client Dacia.
