DLL file and Source Code in C++ needed for Forex Tester 2

This is a simple project and the code required shouldn't be more 100 lines.
I have a software Forex Tester 2. There is an API which allows to create custom strategies for that software. The strategy is in DLL format. I need you to check the current API and make changes if needed, since it looks like it is old (5-10 years). I need you to create a sample strategy for me.

The project is successful once the DLL file works with the software and I receive the source code in C++ and I can compile it to working DLL file.
