C++ Imaging Expert

I am in need of a C++ specialist ( with imaging background ) who can decompile two software packages ( small ) to retrieve the necessary code . The two software packages are identical except for the fact that one has an image enhancement code included, the other does not have this. We need you to compare the two decompiled packages and subtract the image enhancement code by for example doing a comparison of the two decompiled packages. Since the wanted code is an image enhancement code/ filter we also need you to create a test application that picks up an image in directory A, apply the filter and then saves the enhanced image in directory . We know that the Image processing library IPL from Intel is used, also known as IPP You can find both software packes in the link below. The Pro version has image enhancement code included.
