C++ Midterm Prep

Basically I need help preparing for my C++ midterm that is tomorrow April 21 (los angeles time). I need help especially with 1) singly and doubly linked lists 2) structs and classes 3) STL: vectors, deques, maps, sets, iterators 4) Operator overloading 5) copy constructors 6) inheritance and polymorphism I have conceptual understanding on these topics to a greater or lesser degree. I think the midterm will be very hard. I not only need to understand these topics thoroughly but also to be able to implement programming exercises/ write (or solve) code using them. There are a lot of programming exercises in our textbook C++ for everyone 2ed. However there are no solutions to those exercises so it really doesn't help much since I don't know if I have written something right or how to move forward if I get stuck. I need a game plan to be able to ace this midterm. If you think you can help me achieve this, feel free to bid on this project. I would have suggested maybe lucid, clear explanations of some of the topics I am less familiar with and then give me/ explain some difficult programming exercises that would pertain to these topics (think college level but hard). But again I am open to any suggestions you think may work...I admit I may not know the best approach to preparing for this midterm hence why I am posting about this. About me: I am taking an intro to C++ class so I have some familiarity with the language. You will not need to explain to me what a for loop or a pointer is. I just need help particularly in the areas I mentioned above. Let me know
