Custom HTML Email Design

I am in need of a great Email designer. Looking to have someone design email in HTML & HTML5 format. Some animation and/or interactivey may be needed. The designer will need to test to make sure all parts of the email are aligned and working in all email clients.(Outlook, Windows Mail, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Opera, etc etc.) A few samples of the project will need to be created and the best parts of each will be selected to make into one final email. From the time selected you will have 24hrs to get me the samples and then 24hrs after the finial email has been selected to cut slice and code the email for distribution. This time table is extremely important if you can't stay within the time deadlines then please do not respond or bid. Assets( logo's, images and copy) will be given for you to build the email. Samples of past email will also be given to get an idea of what i am looking for. These emails need to have a high impact high quality feel. No cartoons or kid-type graphics.
