Build a text editor with word

Hi All We need a freelancer to build text editor (on web) with the following functionality: 1) Import word documents and show the content in the text editor (with the style and everything) 2) edit the text in the text editor - size style color etc.. 3) save the result from step 1 and 2 so there is some simple table that shows all the edited docs 4) export one item from the table in step 3 to pdf/doc/docx or edit the item again Server side should be C# you can use any plugin you need the edited docs table can be save to cookies
