CSS Header and Footer multi pages multi navigators

We need the CSS to display header and footer when we print a web page knowing that : - content of the web page is dynamic, it can vary from couple lines (and in this case, of course, the footer has to be at the bottom of the page not right after the last line) to several pages (which means that header and footer have to be repeated in all pages) - it has to work on Windows with Chrome, IE9, IE8, Firefox, Safari and on Mac with Safari and Firefox - the page format is A4 which means 21cm large x 29.7com height
