Port existing shopdata and theme from Magento 1 to Magento2

I need a Freelancer to port an existing Magento1x shop to Magento 2. This first project includes two main tasks: 1. Import the old data (customers, orders, products etc.) from the old shop to Magento 2 2. Port the old design templates to Magento 2 and also make them responsive, preferably using bootstrap I can give you either git access, or give you full root access to a virtual server. This project is a little bit in a hurry, so it would be very good, if you have the time to finish it quickly and show fast progress.
